Annotation
The area is directly connected to the historical city center. The proposed building will be located on the site of the existing bus station and will be part of the entire new housing development. The apartment building has five above-ground floors and one underground. The ground floor and underground floor are used for parking and commercial premises. The second floor has the main entrance for residents and at the same time enriches the apartments with a large terrace. Each typical floor has four housing units (size: 2 + KK and 3 + KK).
