Housing under Jablonec skysrapers
Annotation
The proposed project is located in the floodplain of the river Lužická Nisa, on the outskirts of the city center of Jablonec nad Nisou. The existing land functions as a market place under high-rise buildings, which have the local name "skyscrapers". It is a four-storey residential building, which, together with other proposed buildings, complements the urban planning of this location. There is a commercial parterre on the ground floor. There are a total of nine apartment units on the floors. The apartment building, together with two other houses, has a common basement reserved for a parking. An inner block is created from the space between the apartment building and the skyscrapers. The street and park is created by space between buildings and the river.
