COLIVING JERONÝMOVA

My site is Tábor bus station, an important transport hub, attracting many young people and travellers. This strategic location provides easy access to all essential services and amenities, ideal for people who want to live in the middle of the action. Young people from Generation Z to Millennials and Generation X show interest in modern and flexible living forms. This is how the coliving concept is born, based on creating a community united by common principles, while providing a cosy private life for different lifestyles and families. One of the key elements of the project is communication and interaction between residents. This is supported by both different types of common spaces and private apartments.
