OSTRAVA : PORUBA A PORUBSKÝ LES

Due to the fact that Ostrava-Poruba is too heterogeneous with the absence of urbanity, without signs of a certain integrity and its articulation, the creation of a certain continuity. One of the steps to homogenization on the one hand and to the creation of integrated parts of the city on the other, is the effort to create the continuity of urban parks, natural divides and natural enclaves into a comprehensive system. The green volumes, from the forest park to Hlava Poruba, thus form a kind of imaginary ring of the solved territory. The hierarchy of spaces, revitalization, or transformation of spaces is also a necessity. The supporting part of the treated area is the city artery, Ulica 28. října, ensuring the relationship of the territory to the urban part of Svinov.
