I chose a location on Malá Strana in Újezd ​​for my apartment building project. Part of the already existing inner block is a building that served as a substation in the past. My project includes a cafe on the site of the substation with a continuation to an apartment building on the site of the now standing garages. A place in the underground floor is designated for the new substation. The shape of the house is adapted to the surrounding buildings. The facade of the house includes rows of panels and windows from floor to ceiling, for safety reasons the windows have railings on the outside. It's above the cafe terrace with greenery for apartments on the second floor. There is a duplex apartment with a staircase to the living room on the 5th floor with access to the roof terrace.
