OFFICE BUILDING WITH COMMUNITY CENTER

The office building is located in Podhorská street. The building has a shape of the letter L, which creates a new inner block, that is formed also by existing buildings and by trees along the river Nisa. The building is divided into two parts, the office part and the ground floor, which is multifunctional. On the ground floor there are two spaces reserved for commercial use, a reception for the upper office part and a community center.
