Cultural house in Roudnice nad Labem

The cultural hall is located on the site between railroad and the old Gothic monastery in the gap left by the town houses. The building was designed as a multifunctional hall for theatre, concerts and cultural events such as proms for which there is insufficient capacity in other cultural spaces in the city. The building is adjacent to an administrative building with theatre operations facilities. At the same time, the building gently closes Jan z Dražic Square. The building is designed for a permanent theatre company. Its entrance is connected to the newly created front space connecting the theatre and the future lapidarium of Baroque sculptures. The original car park serving the public has been moved underground to preserve the service and parking capacities of the historic city centre.
