Extension of Gallery Roudnice nad Labem

Today's gallery spaces, both the background and the exhibition halls themselves, are not suitable for this type of operation, which is why a proposal was made for its expansion and structural modifications to the original building. The new mass is simple in form and material - a concrete block to it did not draw attention away from the period ornate architecture of the riding hall. The yard which the new building will then serve as an outdoor exhibition space. The existing exhibition hall is connected by a new hall connected by an underground neck with a glass roof. The space of the new exhibition hall paraphrases the early Baroque vault of the original space.
