The path of farewell and beyond

Through our life we walk on a path with many milestones, one of which is farewell, be it our own or one with our dearest. We see it as an end, but is it truly so? Or does our journey continue further and beyond? I was inspired by this very journey and contemplation. My project is an expansion of Horní Počernice cemetery by adding a forest cemetery with a main path leading to the bigger of two funeral halls, situated in the very tip of the parcel. The bigger of funeral halls offers an option of larger funeral while the smaller one, situated perpendicularly to the main axis, offers more private, yet no less dignified farewell.
