LAPIDARY OF BAROQUE SCULPTURES "RUINS"

The lapidary of baroque sculptures is located in the town of Roudnice nad Labem next to the Kostel Narození Panny Marie. The lapidary is made of red bricks, thanks to which it fits in with the surrounding buildings. The main concept of the project is the exhibition space, which is formed by a continuous corridor of the arcade. This project creates a sense of eternity. Art has always existed. It was, is and will be. We walk through the corridors and look at the old marble statues, delving into the past. Some statues are just ruins of history, but we can keep these echoes in our memory.
