The concept of the entire building is to create a group of young investors who will build their own apartment building together in Tábor. Inside the house there are two types of apartments. On the ground floor you can find maisonettes with private front gardens, and on the second and third floors we find one-story apartments that are connected with an extended sleeper. The sleeper is extended enough to provide the residents of the house with enough privacy in front of their own apartments, but at the same time, to leave enough space for socializing. At the same time, the garden in the inner block invites you to meet with friends. I also brings a bit of greenery and life to an otherwise gloomy area.
