PRAGUE - KAČEROV. NEW CITY OVER THE TRANSPORT DEPOTS

My vision for the area includes the creation of a pedestrian connection to Michel Forest Park. Integrate the forest park into the Kačerov and Spořilov districts with new green, public spaces. Creating a new local business-centre, which will connect to the existing Pankrác-Budějovická-Brumlovka business triangle. The development of the new Kačerov district will be solved by extending the tram line to Kačerov station and connecting it with Roztyly station. The key point is the preservation of the metro depot and bus terminal. Roofing of the existing railway, construction of a new level above the metro depot and relocation of the bus terminal, thus preserving the existing service and developing the areas above.
