The proposed building is located in Prague, specifically in the Žižkov district on Konevova Street. The block development is situated on a rising terrain. The construction aims to address the deficiencies in the area and provide functional solutions for everyday living. This building is characterized by its simple architectural design and provides spaces for urban living and work. The ground floor of the building includes a café, complementing the active street frontage. The building consists of seven floors, and the northern side, which is the façade, is oriented towards the street. The structure fills a small gap in the block development.
