Mordor of Žižkov, The central telecommunications building and the future of the area on which it stands today

The land on which the central telecommunications building from the last century now stands has been a big topic in recent years. The purchase from PPF by the development company Central Group and Eva Jiřičná's win in the international architectural competition inspired me to take a more detailed look at this place myself. I myself grew up in Žižkov and I still live here, the whole district is developing, new projects are being created, so it was a clear choice for me for a diploma seminar and diploma project.
