The Smíchov embankment near the railway bridge from Výton could be used for meetings and leisure activities of the inhabitants of Smíchov and Nové Město. The design of the shore and the function of the house itself should therefore serve for movement, social activities and, above all, rest and time for oneself. The building with a spa function and yoga studio is set under the park on the same level as embankment, trying to disturb the level of the park as little as possible, while at the same time (at least partially) maintaining the traditional appearance of the Prague embankment.
