Collection of candles from mycelium

Atelier Fišer has again participated in the next edition of the Reborn design competition, which deals with recycling waste materials and at the same time promotes experimental design with mycelia. For my studio work, I chose experimental design with mycelium, using this material to create a collection of candles and a flame retardant mat in collaboration with the Czech company Yellow Candles. For this project I am working mainly with the non-flammable properties of mycelium and its biodegradability.
