The proposal transforms the cut-out part of Smíchov between the railway track and the Vltava river bank. Calming the traffic suppresses the barrier effect of the mono-functional Strakonická Street, contributes to the liveability of the area, and supports the development of commercial parterres in the emerging buildings. The Strakonická Street becomes a part of the public space. By linking the terminal with the island Císařská louka, completing the unfinished blocks, designing new mix-used buildings, making the waterfront accessible and the impenetrable area permeable, an intense urban environment is created.
