I propose to abolish the current eclectically distributed functions and the dismemberment of the island by fencing to create one large green area with greenery and a paved walkway around the perimeter as the main infrastructure. The island can come to life in any season, as it offers open spaces that can be used for both cultural and sports events. Permanent facilities include piers, children's playgrounds, small restaurants with seatings, and urban furniture along the paved walkway.
