Annotation
An initial idea of a concept is to let general public to be a part of happening in a parliament. Openness of the building is an essential base for health and growing society. Our buliding of the Parliament follows surrounding greenery and levels it up. Walkable greenery leads from Letenska plain through exterior amphitheatre to a higher level. The second floor offers a free public entry to the biggest meeting rooms, which create an unique mass hanging over each end.
