Nova Kralovka

The Nova Kralovka project addresses the challenge of repurposing an unused tram loop nestled within the urban landscape of Prague. Three distinct structures will be created on the site - an apartment building, a parking facility and a shopping center - while maintaining the function of the loop intact since the tram track is an essential part of the concept. The residential building is divided into 4 independent segments, interconnected at the 1st basement level, where, in addition to the commercial ground floor, the entrance to the parking facility is located. The parking house itself is divided into sectors for visitors to the shopping center and the residents. The shopping center is designed as a modular skeletal structure allowing a wide range of interior configurations.
