Office park Hloubětín

The project deals with the relationship of the surroundings and the newly added functions enhancing the land on which the tram loop is located in Prague's Hloubětín. The addressed area is defined by a pair of roads and an existing waterway. The proposed set of buildings forming an office park stands out both for office space and civic amenities for the public. In terms of shape, I was inspired by the course of the adjacent stream and the tram loop, taking organic architecture into account. Office park consists of two masses connected by a neck. The larger mass is subsequently divided into three buildings. Part of the proposal is also the connection of the plot with the opposite plot using a footbridge over the road.
