Annotation

The project is a house on a corner gap in the south-western part of the historical centre of the medieval town of Náchod. The house is made up of two masses connected together by a narrow neck with a staircase. The building stands next to the preserved piece of the city fortification in Náchod - the walls from the reign of John of Luxembourg. The four-storey building is intended to help populate the centre and fill a gap that is now used utilitarian and as a park with a playground. Inside the building we would find two commercial spaces at ground floor level: a café and a shop. On the first and second floor there are always 3 flats.
