Regulatory plan Příbram - Surroundings of Osvobození street

The task was to develop a regulatory plan for the area of reconstruction around the Osvobození street in the centre of Příbram. The project is a continuation of the urban study prepared in the Šindlerová studio in the 2022/23 school year. The treated area is part of the inner periphery of the city, although there are buildings of supra-regional importance (cultural centre, gymnasium, water park). In addition to the diagonal Osvobození street, it is crossed by a railway line from north to south. My difficult task was not to present a new proposal, but to create a regulatory plan that would enable its implementation.
