The jury found the project's innovative and bold approach appealing. The design stood out for its fresh perspective and high level of craftsmanship, evident in both its graphics and conceptual aspects. The topic was developed comprehensively, although integrating railway into urban development is never an easy task. The jury particularly appreciated the thoughtful additions to the existing structure, including the creation of public spaces and green areas that meet the city's needs and could help to improve the area in general. Adding another pedestrian bridge across the river Elbe would not only enhance the urban connection but could also become a striking architectural feature. Overall, the project was clear, well-executed, and presented effectively.
