REGULATORY PLAN OF THE RESIDENTIAL AREA ZDABOŘ - NORTH

The regulatory plan is a continuation of the urban planning study of the city of Příbram and another more detailed study of the Zdaboř district, prepared by the Šindlerová studio in LS 2022/23. These projects aimed to create a new city-wide center in Zdaboř and its connection with the existing city centers; to provide a quality housing stock together with basic types of public services and employment opportunities for the independent functioning of the area; and also - within the concept of the silver economy - to develop additional social services and convert part of the housing stock into apartments for seniors. Through a combination of regulation methods, the draft regulatory plan supports the development of new main public spaces and creates the conditions for delightful city life.
