Mělník: Charles IV Square

The Charles IV Square in the center of Mělník is currently a parking lot surrounded by deteriorating buildings. The project aims to replace them with a new urban development, including a northern residential block, a city library, and a southern apartment building. Commercial areas will be added with an active ground floor, and parking will be provided through underground garages beneath all three buildings. The new design expands the original square, featuring a prominent water element and additional greenery on surrounding streets and the square.
