APARTMENT BUILDING LEGIONÁŘŮ

The assignment was to fill a gap in the historic centre of Mělník. The plot is located in Legionářů Street, which directly follows to Náměstí Míru. The major disadvantage of the given location is the narrow streets - the plot lacks a sidewalk. One of the tasks when creating the design was the appropriate location of the entrance. The entrance to the building is therefore through a passage. Parking is provided in the form of covered parking in the yard, which can also be accessed through a passage. The roofs of the parking system are covered with greenery and there are two terraces of the two lowest flats on them. There is space for a commercial unit on the ground floor.
