Near the historic center of Kolín lies a new residential building called RESIDENT STREET designed by ing. arch. Zdeněk Kozub. In our opinion however, the building falters a bit in the area of public/ semi-public space - in its inner block it only offers its residents an outdoor parking lot. We therefore created an alternative solution in which we mainly emphasized the mentioned semi-public space.
