The apartment building materially complementing the imaginary wing of the historical building is mostly maisonette-type with loggias towards the waterfront, connected by a courtyard gallery. On the ground floor of the house there is a yoga studio, offices, cellars, a room for bicycles and a common room. Space for community life in the house is also provided by the common northern terrace behind the staircase. The structural system consists of a combination of load-bearing walls and columns. The highest fifth floor belongs to three spacious apartments, two of which have their own terraces.
