Via Ostra

The project focuses on the Ostragehege area in Dresden, which is currently somewhat fragmented and subject to debates regarding its future. We envision it as a thriving urban neighborhood that offers numerous leisure activities, job opportunities, and residential spaces. To bring this vision to life, we propose Ostra Paths leading from Pischener Allee, a direct connection to the center of Dresden. Additionally, we suggest five zones that smoothly guide visitors from the bustling city to the calm natural environment by the water. We believe that this contrasting combination—urban vibrancy and natural tranquility—will be a strong asset for this new thriving quarter.
