Exhibition of Studio Projects

Annotation

An abandoned quarry. Old garages. The apocalyptic feel of Rona's works. On the way to the gallery with sculptures and paintings by the artist, one passes through the environment of a disused stone quarry. The visitor is affected by this and no longer enters the building with the mood he has acquired on his journey. These feelings become even stronger after entering the gallery. The visitor seems to have entered one of Róna's paintings. The grey, yet bold colours. Only after one passes through the tunnel connecting rooms, one can finally enjoy the sight of the artist's paintings and sculptures. And thanks to his previous journey, which affected his senses and perception, he is the observer is now able to fully enjoy the pleasure of the portent of evil that lurks in the paintings.
