Throught the Village Under the Hillage

Semněvice is a picturesque village under the hillage of Sedmihoří near the town Horšovský Týn, which is made of three smaller villages: Semněvice, Pocínovice and Šlovice. Currently, the only way to get between villages is a road, so my main goal was to create a new comfy and elegant join-way for them. Both the shortest route (by the road) and a detour which will connect now isolated quarry, forests and vast floodplains. By the process of design, it was natural to link these two routes and thus make the landscape more walkable. Part of the design is also the renovation of road alleys, the permeability of the village, the scenery into the hillside and placing a path/road greenery. This design enriches the road network layer of the team project Concept of the Semněvice Landscape.
