Housing Cooperative Obergoss

The apartment building owned by the Housing Cooperative Obergoss is located in the northwestern part of Jihlava city centre in the new undeveloped residential area Buková which was laid out by the urban study. Besides the apartment buildings there are also the new elementary and nursery school designed and the main central square with public amenities in the area. This apartment house is designated for the housing cooperative whose members are mainly the families with children. Neighbour’s social interactions are supported by the atrium in the middle of the house, as well as, the shared spaces on the ground floor. Because of the hilly terrain of the whole location, the apartment house is half sunken into the ground.
