The proposal for the restructuring of Jiřina Hauková and Jindřich Chalupecký Park in front of Vršovice Station comprises a complex of administrative buildings that harmoniously complement the urban structure of Vršovická Street. The strategic location of the buildings, in close proximity to Prague-Vršovice railway station, Nádraží Vršovice tram stop, and the future Metro D station, ensures optimal accessibility and integration into urban infrastructure. The architectural concept includes two wings and a central section with a walkable roof, situated on the southern side of Ukrajinská Street.
