Bubeneč or Letná? This site is standing between them, balancing on the border and is not sure, where to join. From both city quarters is currently separated. From one side the barrier is Sparta football stadium and train rails from the Bubeneč side. The rail is planned to be covered and converted to a linear park. Will the housing block become Bubeneč? Not really, I am designing a BuLet Block. Bulet Block learned from mistakes seen around, he's not a barrier, he connects. It's not nearby Molochov, funcionalist dream about dampshiff like houses. BuLet is welcoming.
