Eco cluster housing - Čelákovice

The main purpose of clustered eco-housing is to support community life and relationships among residents, while focusing on the energy self-sufficiency of the entire project. The complex includes 40 homes, a shop, a restaurant with a community hall and a café, and a small farm. The basis of community housing lies in the shared plots in the middle of each cluster.
