Corner House in Náchod

A four-story residential building in Náchod closes off an urban block near the main square. This architectural object is unique in its dual nature. From the street, the building presents a classic style, harmoniously fitting into the surrounding buildings. The facades are executed in austere and elegant tones. On the other side, the inner courtyard reveals a completely different character: facades facing the sunny side inspired the creation of spacious terraces and large windows, filling the interior space with light and air. On the ground floor, there is a café with access to the inner courtyard. This solution opens up the building's space for the city's inhabitants, creating a semi-public zone where local residents and visitors can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere.
