We are at the interface. In the context of the Libeň chaos, we are looking for the intersection between the block and the colony, between Rokytka and the steep slope. We are not designing a block between streets, but a street between "blocks". We design a structure that serves not only the new inhabitants but also its surroundings. An environment that is for more than just housing, it is for living. A place to work, play, relax, garden and sleep. The complex is composed of small variations on a single house that does it all! Seven solitaires and a variety of spaces in between. Large terraces, flats facing all cardinal directions, plus a parterre with plenty of spaces for work of all kinds. This is what a centre at the end of the world can look like.
