Something in between. Autonomous solitaires and blocks. Repetitive sections - uncomplicated yet subtle. Rows of trees enliven solid corners and streets. The courtyards are accessible through passages between houses. Large, affordable, spacious, galvanized verandas (28m2) significantly increase the living standard. Solid earthy plaster, French windows. Mostly 3+1 and 4+1 (83 or 96m2). Several shared apartments for 7-14 people, students, seniors, and unconventional families. Greenhouses, growing fields, spaces for manual work.
