Annotation

We are designing at the interface of a block structure and a garden colony. I am looking for a way to bring these two scales closer together and to preserve the character of old Libeň. I'm creating informal spaces so that they don't just serve the newcomers, but everyone has access to them. New workplaces are being created, places where you can fix your bike, rent a workshop space or just create. All this combined with housing, so that everything is as close to people as possible, the genius loci of the place is spirited and the happenings of everyday life are not only inside the apartment, but also outside it.
