Bipartis Jihlava

My architectural project in Jihlava is introduced in a new district, aligning with the urban planning principles of dividing into blocks with specified limits. Within this project, I have designed modern living spaces, where each building features a well-lit central hall serving as a communal area for residents. The corner section of the house is reserved for apartments intended for sale, which are designed to a higher standard. Another part of the building, which includes a receding floor, offers apartments for rent. The facade of the building effectively combines exposed concrete with dark plaster, while the green roof contributes to the ecological sustainability of the entire project.
