Brewery²

Brewery², our apartment building project in Hořice, is located in a quiet place near the center between the main square and the well-known sculpture park. The place offers a quiet and picturesque retreat away from the big city. The project is urbanistically designed as a passageway opening in several directions while at the same time taking inspiration from the nearby brewery with its chimney. We want to offer such housing especially to young families starting out. At the same time, we make sure that the housing is available for a wide range of other potential tenants as well as Hořice's residents.
