Apartment house on the vantage point

The apartment house on the vantage point in Mělník is using currently undeveloped plot. A trail runs along the parcel, which is heavily used and leads visitors to the historic center of town. The historic centre stands on a hill and thus offers beautiful views of the surrounding area and the confluence of the Elbe and Vltava rivers. There are seven flats in the apartment building spread over three floors and a café on the first floor. Under the apartment building there is an underground garage, which is shared with the neighbouring apartment building.
