Living Holešovice

The project consists of two main parts. The first one includes an open block of seven-story buildings, allowing movement from the streets to the park within the block and further to the river. Various-shaped terraces are strategically placed to offer panoramic views of the river, creating a focal point at the urbanistically significant intersection of Komunardů and Jateční streets. The second part is more open and features a church on an artificially created island. Both aspects are connected by water, both inside the block and around the church, creating a contrast yet unifying the entire complex. This concept highlights a new approach to residential architecture, emphasizing form and contrasts. The materialsconnect the buildings with the surroundings and contribute to the integration.
