Apartment building Žižkov

The apartment building is part of a block in Žižkov, oriented on the north side of the busy Hartigova street. The concept is longitudinal bay windows on the northern facade, inspired by the historical buildings of Žižkov, which are inserted inversely in the opposite southern facade and form loggias. The main materials are gray and brown bricks, white plaster and aluminum in anthracite tones. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a communication core and spaces for two shops together with facilities for employees. The next above-ground floor consists of spacious 3+1 or 4-bedroom apartments, ideal for families with children. The house is designed as a pleasant and safe space for families in the busy city center.
