Apartment building on Černkostelecká x Malínska street

The apartment building complements the corner plot of the block instead of the current existing building.The floor plan shape responds to the shape of the land and connects to the lines of the surrounding buildings. The cascading of the building compensates for significant height differences in the surroundings and should smoothly transition from the taller buildings at the beginning of the street to the lower ones at its end.The building is divided into two apartment buildings. In both apartment buildings have comfortable spacious apartments with living rooms oriented on the corners of the building due to their potential. The facade is delicate, its geometric divisiois indistinct and the material is in harmony with the surrounding buildings, the parterre is subtly different from the rest.
