Living in Letná

I propose a residential building next to the technical museum on Letná, situated on a newly emerging plot, seamlessly integrating into the surrounding context of the traditional urban fabric with specified street lines. The block is densely constructed, located in the city. The residential building comprises 72 apartments and a ground floor with administrative spaces. I suggest a diverse composition of apartments ranging from 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom units, with an emphasis on smaller units meeting the standards for young families. The significance of the building's shape is defined by its symmetry and vertical articulation with projections. On the facade I am using plaster with various textures.
