Project On the Hillstone is an architectural and urban concept that includes the comprehensive revitalization of an area covering 55,000 square meters, transformed into a spa resort. The project is based on a thorough examination of the history of the land, reconnecting to its original form dating back to 1917. The project's goal was to preserve as many natural elements as possible and create a compact area with four key functional centers - administration, culture, gastronomy, and sports. These centers form an organic whole complemented by accommodation units, strategically placed in harmony with the area's original character.
