I'm looking for a way to live on the border of two structures, the rational Libeň block and the lively Na Hájku colony. It seems insensitive to look for a universal answer. My goal is to create a complex that will be integrated into the structure of the area. I want housing that is intensive and, as a result, sustainable - for this it is not enough to look only at the density parameter. If the city of short distances is not to be just a phrase, it must also be a place to work, or to produce, or even more to live. In an accelerating society, adaptability and resilience are essential qualities. That is why, in addition to traditional forms of housing, I propose variable forms - two-storey residential studios and a multifunctional mixed-use building.
