Collective housing Tram Depo Košíře

The house responds to the A69 proposal for the site. It opposes the creation of an L-shaped square around the carriage house which would be converted into a market. Retains the carriage house as a workshop and centre for apprentices. The slender shape of the house together with the carriage house creates a street that combines community life of the house, commercial space and workshops. All the functions are intertwined and coexist on one line. I cleanse the carriage house of its accretions and create a face facing the newly created square, which has a clearly definable square shape compared to the planned one. The second face is formed by the new house with an exterior staircase. The other two faces are bordered by greenery blocking the busy road.
